Obsessed With Isabella

This blog is dedicated to my daughter, Isabella. She is the smartest, strongest, most beautiful little girl you could ever meet. This is why she needs a blog all about her. Although she is the center of my life I will also share my opinions and ideas on other subjects, but mostly this will be about my little chunk-chunk.

I posted pictures...

I tried to post more than this but blogger decided it didn't remember me that well since I don't post very much and stopped working with me.

Isabella and all the pumpkins.
Every year I've taken a picture of Isabella and Doug walking across the bridge, and this year is no exception.

Isabella picking out her little pumpkin.

This picture is funny if you zoom up close to bellbell's face.

Ready to go. They are staking out their claim.

Isabella and daddy in their new shirts from auntie April.

Doug's shirt that April had made for him. Way too cool.
This was about 1/2 a second before he threw the banana at me.

I was trying to get a good picture of Isabella in this sweater (because I love it), but the best I could get was her making her "bloated face".

Bad lighting, but seriously, how cute is Aiden?
I don't think he's quite figured out what the purpose of a pillow is versus the purpose of a bag-of-bones.

For whatever reason he always goes straight for the strawberry in Isabella's fridge.

This is the dress Isabella wore for her 3 year pictures. Amazingly, we didn't have to reschedule pictures several times like last year. She did really, really well and we got some great pictures.

Bismarck trip...

A few weeks ago we took a trip with my mom and sister to Bismarck. My great-grandma Marquis (Bellbell's great-great-grandma) lives there, so we went to visit her. My grandma was sick so she was on oxygen, but she's still doing amazingly well for her age, she'll be 100 in January. She may be physically showing signs of her age, but mentally she's still kicking. She gets a little confused at times which was actually a little funny because she thought Isabella was some little boy for a second. Did I mention she doesn't have the best eyesight? ;)

We also took time to visit the Heritage Museum at the state capital. I hadn't been there since high school & Doug & Isabella had never visited. There were a few displays that were fun for Isabella, but for the most part she just ran around holding her butt because she was constipated.

We also stopped by Papa's Pumpkin Patch. We had never been there beofre but I'd love to make it a new family tradition to get there every year. It's awesome! Huge & lots of stuff to do. My favorite thing was that there were 1000's of pumpkins just spread out throughout the place so everywhere you walked you were surrounded by pumpkins. Bellbell had a great time and didn't want to leave. It's definitely worth the long drive just to see the place again.

Big surprise, all the pictures I posted are WAY out of order, but when I actually get the bug in my ass to post pictures I don't pick a time when I can take my time putting them in order. So there.

A tired little girl watching daddy's favorite movie Lion King on the way back from Bismarck.

Bellbell waiting her turn to play checkers. We didn't even have to ask her to wait until the other girls were done. She saw that a couple girls were playing so she just went and sat on the bench until the girls were done. She always surprises me how she can go from being a crazy little 3 year old to a well behaved little angel.

Bellbell playing checkers. She won, btw.

A view of the entrance of the pumpkin patch. They built this really tall deck that's has some tables just so you can get a great view of the place.

Daddy & Isabella climbing up the slide tower. When they got about halfway up Isabella decided she was freaked out so they came back down.

Away they go!

Bellbell & auntie Kayla VERY excited to ride the hayride train thing-a-ma-jiggy.

Isabella going to check out the hobbit house.

Heading into Hobbit Hill. Isabella only ran around there for a couple minutes, but from what I could see it was basically just lots of huge stacks of hay bales the kids could climb on. I thought it looked fun. ;)

Isabella riding the train. This was much better than at the fair because it didn't go very fast, so she loved it. We let her ride it twice, but if it was her choice she would have stayed on it for hours I'm sure.

She was very serious about having a good time during the train ride.

Isabella is in the very last car.

I'm pretty sure that's the house the owners of Papa's Pumpkin Patch live in. Otherwise I don't know what it was.

There's a mirror the kids can look at while they are on the horses so that's what she's smiling at.
